“Possible-Timely-Care” Campaign

The PSA is available for use for one year or until August 13, 2021

Program Description:

Seattle Children’s ® would appreciate your station or network’s support in airing its recently produced video PSA. The videos are designed to bring awareness to the importance of getting timely healthcare for your child – even during a pandemic.

Due to COVID-19-related stay at home order, families felt it was a responsible thing to delay care to ensure safety of their children and essential workers. After months of restrictions, our task is to inform and reassure communities that pediatric care (specifically specialty care for those with more complex, ongoing media needs) is available and safe. Families and referring providers should not delay care as in-person and telehealth appointments are available.

Seattle Children’s PSA ends with a call-to-action to visit www.seattlechildrens.org to learn more about care information for your child.

Campaign Mission:

• Inform viewers about the importance and impact of timely pediatric health care
• Reassure parents that safe health care is available for their children
• Offer resources to answers pediatric health questions
• Incite action to schedule new or postponed pediatric health appointment
