Program Description:
The goal of DRC’s “Take Care of Business” initiative is to increase the percentage of 16 and older North Texans receiving at least one vaccination shot to at least 70% this summer. It may seem like North Texas is open for business again, but the local economy has not recovered from the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, about 60% of these North Texans have gotten a shot. That means we need to increase those receiving the vaccination by 600,000 North Texans this summer.
The Take Care of Business PSAs, which are available in English and Spanish, underscore the importance of getting vaccinated to protect people, paychecks and jobs. Viewers are directed to www.takecareofbusinessdfw.org for more information.
