CA DDS “Early Start” English & Spanish – Radio PSA Campaign

The California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) asks for your support in airing its recently produced radio public service announcements (PSAs). The PSAs serve to raise awareness about Early Start, California’s early intervention program for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families.
Early Start services are available statewide and are free of cost. If an infant or toddler has, or is suspected of having a developmental delay or disability, DDS recommends contacting them about Early Start services. Anyone can make a referral.
The Early Start PSA campaign includes two (2) PSAs in English and Spanish. The PSAs encourage concerned parents/caregivers to call 1-800-515 BABY to find their local resources. There is also an email address, earlystart@dds.ca.gov, and a website with more information and resources.
