Program Description: The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), would appreciate your station or network’s participation in airing its “Talk. They Hear You.”® (TTHY) underage drinking and other substance use prevention PSAs.

Campaign Mission:

• Increase awareness of the prevalence and risks of underage drinking and other substance use;
• Provide the knowledge, skills, and confidence to prevent underage drinking and other substance use;
• Encourage and increase actions to prevent underage drinking and other substance use.
