Permian Strategic Partnership – TV PSA Campaign
Program Description
The Permian Strategic Partnership (PSP), a nonprofit collaboration of energy producers in the Permian Basin, would appreciate your station or network’s participation in airing these important new PSAs reminding viewers that every vaccination counts.
Did you know that over 2,700 Permian Basin residents have died from COVID-19? And yet, the region has a very low vaccination rate compared to the rest of the state and the nation at large.
Vaccine and public health literacy are critical components of a healthy, thriving community. Encouraging vaccination can keep hospital capacity open and support the healthcare professionals who have taken care of us through this difficult time. In these English and Spanish PSAs, viewers meet Angelina, Freddie, and Lillie, individuals who were not vaccinated and died from COVID. Viewers are reminded that victims of COVID are not just numbers, but dedicated parents and family members.
