IQAir Foundation
IQAir Foundation Campaign
Program Description
Did you know that children who grow up with poor air quality have smaller lungs and higher rates of asthma than children who grow up with good air quality? Every year, more than 7 million people, including 2 million children, die prematurely from pollution-related illnesses. The IQAir Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, is working to change this by providing filtration technology to schools in impacted communities through the Clean Air for Kids program. The goal of the program is to bring effective clean air technology to at least 50,000 additional schoolchildren every year, supporting the IQAir Foundation’s overarching goal of providing clean air to more than 1 million children.
These PSAs feature talk show host and author Tavis Smiley, who encourages viewers to visit IQAirFoundation.org to learn more.
