Program Description:

Arizona’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program (AZ SHIP) would appreciate your support in airing its recently produced radio public service announcements (PSAs). The PSAs serve to bring awareness to those who may qualify for help with their monthly Medicare payments.

Medicare isn’t free, and it can be complicated, but help is available! The Medicare Savings Program and the Medicare Extra Help Program are designed to ease the burden of Medicare expenses and prescription drug costs. AZ SHIP Counselors can help listeners understand their Medicare options, including programs that may assist in paying for Medicare monthly premiums and Medicare Prescriptions Drug costs, for those who qualify.

• Raise awareness about AZ SHIP and its programs
  Help listeners understand that they may qualify for assistance with costs for prescription drugs, doctor visits, and hospital treatments
