Program Description

American Corporate Partners (ACP) asks for your support in airing its public service announcements (PSAs) encouraging civilians to become career mentors to Post-9/11 Veterans and Active-Duty Military Spouses. For the past 18 years, ACP has connected more than 43,000 Veterans, transitioning Service Members, and Military Spouses with experienced professionals for personalized, one-on-one career mentorship.

ACP’s impact is reflected in the fact that 98% of ACP Protégés say they would recommend the program. Mentors do not need a military background—just professional experience, a willingness to help, and approximately one hour a month. As ACP Founder and Chairman Sid Goodfriend explains, “Mentoring is one of the most direct ways civilians can give back to those who have served.”

ACP’s mentorship program is free, virtual, and designed to fit busy schedules. Participants receive ongoing support and resources from the ACP team throughout the mentorship. The PSAs encourage viewers to change a life in just one hour a month by becoming an ACP Mentor, or to apply as a Protégé for personalized career guidance.
