Infosys Foundation USA
“#WhyIMake” Campaign
Evergreen (no expiration date)
Program Description: The Maker Movement is a rapidly growing global community of people who are using technology to create handmade custom items as an alternative to mass-produced products. Even with this growing participation, the movement remains on the fringe of mainstream awareness. Infosys Foundation USA is asking for your support by airing these PSAs to help get the word out about the movement. The PSAs end in a call to action for viewers to share their Why I Make stories at www.WhyIMake.org.
Campaign Mission:
- Inspire viewers to seek to create something that interests them.
- Advocate that creating, in all its various forms, inspires us to solve problems in all areas.
- Encourage the public to share their “Why I Make” stories at www.WhyIMake.org.
